Khaadi Black and Gold Flowy Puffy Sleeve Dress Size medium

I bought this Khaadi (brand) Black and Gold Halloween Flowy Puffy Sleeve Dress Size Small / medium for my trip to Salem but ended up wearing something else. 100% cotton, made in Pakistan. I thought the design on dress was a perfect Halloween witchy vibe for my trip. Tag says small but fits like a medium, I am normally a medium and it fit me good and not tight. Love the flowy sleeves. Went to just above my knees and I am 5’4”. The one area by collar seems to be lifting but isn’t noticeable on. See measurement dimensions in pictures for approximate sizing comparison.
