Do these have any stretch in them? How wide are the leg? I'm looking for comfort for long wear as well as good fit! I hate muffin top lol

They have some stretch to them and are more of a lightweight khaki (97% cotton and 3% spandex). They measure about 13 inches across for the upper thigh and about 9 1/2 inches and the bottom of the pant leg
