Khaki/Tweed Work Capris - Banana Republic

Size 8 khaki colored (pattern looks more like tweed, see photo) capris from Banana Republic. There is a marker line through the brand name on the tag. These fit very small for an 8. Waist is a diameter of about 16". I normally wear an 8 at Banana and these did not end up fitting me. There is no stretch in the fabric either. Inseam is approx. 16" They look very nice for work on a warmer day, I'm very sad they did not fit!
