Kids’ Plaid Knee-Length Blue and Black Gingham Layered Skirt

This formal/dressy pencil skirt has two layers and is knee-length. It includes one inner black satin-like layer and one outer woven gingham layer. The inner layer ends with a chiffon-like material at the bottom, which shows under the distressed/frayed edges of the top layer. It is a beautiful skirt, very school uniform/office-like in style. Appropriate for colder months. Excellent condition.
