Kid's summer party dress size 8

Rare Editions kid's party dress size 10 (youth). This beautiful dress has an embroidered floral design. The black stitched floral design looks stunning against the white cotton material. I believe this dress could work for a summer party, formal, or semi-formal event. Polka dot detail on double spaghetti straps and belt tie (ties in the back) to create a nice fit and flare shape. Zips up in the back. 22" long - not including straps 11" waist (about) somewhat adjustable with the tie back, like it can be made smaller, but no real stretch in the fabric.
