Kiki halter tie prom bodycon mini dress made in the USA,blue size medium

Made in the USA, in good condition there is marks on the tie strap, and on the inside there is two parts were the seam thread came out(double check the pictures) other than that this is a very beautiful deep blue and soft to the touch dress.
