This sparkly top by Kim & Cami is NWT, in a Women's Size Large. It is sleeveless, with padded shoulders. I tried to capture this in a photo. The polyester and Spandex top is very stretchy. It has a scoop neck. Please see photos for specific measurements. Of note, in some of the pictures it looks like the sequins are red. That was simply the red shirt I was wearing, reflecting in the silver sequins!
