Kim Rodgers women's top

Tim Rogers women's top. it is missing its size tag and the tag that tells what it's made of. looks like a medium to me. it's in great shape, I don't know if the Bow tied at the bottom was tied on purpose or should it be untied. I left it alone, the pictures tell the rest, it is blue but it has some color streaks running through it
