Kim Rogers Midi skirt

Brightly colored midi skirt w/a pattern sewn into the skirt that gives the appearance of ruching and gives the skirt shape and swing. It has so many colors it pairs well with any solid colored top. Size 3x. 28” waist to hem. I’ve also worn it high on the waist to make a mini skirt. Pictured w/several shirts from my closet (sold separately). Bundles/deals are welcome.
