Kim Rogers floral blouse with necklace

This pastel blouse is beautiful . It has white with light blue and lime green throughout the design. It has layers upon layers for visual effect please see the pictures to see how cool thay is. It is about a 3/4 sleeve and has no tag size in it so here are the measurements. From side seam across the bust to the other seam is 23" the length is 27" long.
