Long stretchy nylon spandex 3/4 sleeve tunic by Kim Rogers. Size L. It is a lovely sky blue. My camera has a hard time capturing blues. The 3rd picture is probably the closest to what it looks like in real life. It has an elastic ruched detail on the sleeves you can push the sleeves up and they will stay.
