Kimchi Blue Empire Waist Party dress

Beautiful color empire waist dress - zipper on the side. Bodice of dress form fitting with a stretch to the fabric around the chest/high waist and then it flows. Figure flattering - great for wedding / baby shower / wedding shower spring/summer events. Bought at Anthropologie. No stains, EUC, was dry cleaned after last time I wore it.
