Kimchi & Blue Floral Western Cap-Sleeve Collared Button-Up Dress, Size S Gently preloved this dress has a Western feel. It has snap buttons up the front with an elastic ruched waist. There are belt “loops” for a skinny belt (not included). There is Western detailing along the upper back of dress (see photo) as well as along the front collarbone and on the two front pockets (above breasts). The pattern is a lovely floral. This dress has cap-sleeves and a collar. Measurements: 33.5” long from shoulder seam to bottom hem 19” pit to pit 31” wide at bottom hem (dress flares) All items are stored in a 🚭 and 🐶 friendly home.
