Kimchi Blue Julie Blue Velvet Turtleneck Midi Dress small S

In new condition still as another velvet dress I bought only to wear once 😅🥲I have a velvet obsession (if that wasn’t already clear to anyone who’s seen my other adverts. I actually love this dress but again, we’re trying to be practical lol (trying) size small UO urban outfitters kimchi blue crushed velvet long sleeve ballerina dress I’m 5’3” and the bottom of my lady boxers kind of peak out the back but keep in mind I don’t buy this size for myself anymore. Is size small but would fit a medium easily. It’s quite stretchy but still too short for me now. The material is so soft, it is a turtleneck but even as I’m wearing it while it’s too small for me there’s plenty of extra room in the neck area so it doesn’t squeeze in any position/activity.
