@justrocknroll Hi. There is no stretch to the fabric. Because of your chest size I would recommend a large. The medium may be tight on your chest but just incase you woukd like to compare for yourself the P2P width is 16 1/2" in. Hope this helps. Please let me know if I can help with anything else.
