Kimchi Blue Navy with White Polka Dot Top

V neck top by Kimchi Blue purchased from Urban Outfitters. The top is navy blue with white or cream colored polka dots. The v neck is trimmed with white lacy material. There is elastic right under the bust and at the bottom hem as well. The sleeves are slightly puffed which gives the piece a really charming look!
