Kimchi Blue Pink Smocked Bodice Dress

This is a size small pink short dress from Urban Outfitters. Open back, high neck, and strappy. Good used condition. A couple loose threads (see picture) but they are not noticeable when worn. Can dress up or down. Straps are adjustable. Dress could use some steaming.
