This dress is a reposh and was purchased from Urban Outfitters. Unfortunately it does not fit :( It's an adorable cocktail dress, and ties in the back. Light and airy tulle party dress cut with a ruffle-trimmed bodice. Fitted at the high waist and trimmed with a flowy skirt in layered tulle. Smocked at the back and trimmed with a tie back belt. Fully lined; adjustable straps. Exclusive to Urban Outfitters.
