Kimchi Blue dress from Urban Outfitters Sz 2 It has a cheetah heart shaped print in black over a 2 hues blue background. Sleeveless Fit and Flare with cutout details in the front and back and a bow in the front. The left shoulder has 3 fabric covered buttons. Invisible zipper with end hook that goes halfway down the side. Gently used, 4 pulled threads as pictured (3 in the back and 1 in the front all on the skirt) non visible when worn.
