Kimchi Blue (UO) White Lace Skirt (Size 4)

**NWT** Kimchi Blue White Lace Skirt from Urban Outfitters. I've had it for a couple years, but I never wore it. The length of the inner layer is ~15", and the lace adds extra ~1" to the skirt length. I am 5'6 and it comes about 6" above my knees. This skirt fits me tightly; I wear size 4 for most brands but size 0-2 for some brands that tend to run big (J.Crew/Ann Taylor). The zipper works fine, just not very smoothly.
