Kimchi Blue Sheer Floral Dress from Urban Outfitters. Black and rose. Romantic floral is paired nicely with modern metal zipper at back. Lovely *subtle* pleat details and soft ruffled hem and sleeves. Falls about mid thigh on me (I'm 5'6"). It's dark and patterned but a bit sheer - perfect over a slip or leggings. Tags indicate hand wash only but it's completely fine in machine wash on cold.
