Kimchi Blue cream blouse

Kimchi Blue brand (brand sold at urban outfitters). Worn a couple times. Material is see-through and needs to be layered (i.e with a tank top). The tag is marked with sharpie because I bought this blouse at a store that receives overstock items. Full-length blouse that is also cute tucked in.
