Kimchi Blue floral blouse

This top is a large and I (a rather small human) prefer it this way. It’s a little more flowy. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with wearing it true to size, I just imagine it’ll be more fitted and sit slightly above the waistline. Perfect with some black or blue high waisted jeans :)
