Kimchi Blue short, smocked grey floral dress

Grey and pink floral dress from Kimchi Blue with smocked front and puffy sleeves. Zipper closure. Very short - always wore it with tights. The chest area is a bit tight if you have any kind of bust. 100% polyester. No visible signs of wear.
