Kimchi Blue white polka dot and blue skirt

Very cute Kimchi Blue polka dot mini skirt. Nice button detail with two pockets. Elastic waste band in the back for comfy fit. Made of 100 percent rayon. In very good condition - except one button was replaced with a blue button at the waste. Very hard to tell when wearing. Would be great for back to school or as part of a cute Halloween costume. Note: skirt does not have shorts underneath.
