Super cute dress I thrifted but haven't found an occasion to wear. Perfect for a vacation or a night out dancing. Candy apple red color with a cute floral/polka dot flounce at the shoulder and a matching fabric belt. Size Large but runs a tiny bit on the smaller size, even though it is stretchy.
