pamelajoe365 @cdjjm5 Hi! I think it depends, but I think 2mm is generally good for about 65-75 degree water. I like these jackets because you can pair them with neoprene pants on colder days and just a swimsuit or bikini bottom on warmer days. This one is also a full zip, which makes getting in and out of it way easier than half-zips or pullovers. Hope that is helpful.
