Kinloch Anderson Scotland Pencil Skirt

The tag on this says size Large but because of the style, fit and measurements, I am listing this as size SMALL. Would fit someone a size 6-8 best. The waist measurement laid flat is 13". The fabric tag is not in English so the most I could make is that it's a cotton blend (50% cotton). It has a cute tie in the front and a front vent with a back zipper. I have this modeled on a size 0/2 XS mannequin for reference.
