This is almost new bag. It’s a crossbody bag that should be able to convert to a “mini backpack”. The issue is that one of the handle where you attach the snap broke. I couldn’t return the item since my daughter lost the receipt and that’s why it ended up here😊

Hi. Is the D ring missing from the top or bottom of the bag? Are there still three other D rings remaining on the back? Will there be a total of two detachable straps that come with purchase? Thank you for your time.
