tucute1958 I just thought I would ask because I know how they put the length in their descriptions and they are measuring always at the top. A few months ago I had about 7 different styles from the company and all had to go back due to how they write the length, which is the top length, not the bottom length. Bags are supposed to be measured from the bottom, as you know. My medical supplies sit on the bottom, not on the top TY

dyanshop @tucute1958 my suggestion is if you have something exactly 19” width to fit inside this bag then this bag is not for you hope this helps!

tucute1958 @dyanshop my item is 17.25 inches so I go to about 19 in to play it safe. I have bought some great ones on the site and some that wouldn't fit even half of it because of poor measuring. I figured that you could at least measure across the bottom and give me a length, it's not very hard to do. TY

dyanshop @tucute1958 you are so right I measured the bottom and it’s measures at 14.25”. Sorry I think it’s too small for your use!

tucute1958 Thank you very much but as I did tell you due to my situation I have become a real handbag Pro unfortunately. Kipling puts down the top measurements not the bottom which is how you are supposed to measure a bag. I even found that to be so with MK, coach and a few others but coach and Kipling are so off with the measurements it's ridiculous. Some were delivered to my house, all had to go back. Thank you for your help.
