lisa5venus Hi. Is this item in a smoke free environment? Is it free of any strong scents or odors? Could you please mention the style numbers on the inside white tag or post a picture of the tag? I am trying to determine the exact shade of pink & if it matches my other pink Kipling pieces. Thank you for your time.

lisa5venus Does the handle retract smoothly? Do all the zippers work smoothly? Are there any rips tears or stains? Could you please post a picture of the outside bottom of the bag & wheels?
