Kira xs birdy grey dress

Wore once at a wedding. I’m 5’4” and 110 lbs. I didn’t have time to get the bottom altered so cut the bottom to still be long with me wearing one inch heals. I discounted the dress more so you can get it nicely hemmed. Just the bottom will be around $20-40 to get it hemmed.
