Brand new Like shown in pictures the box did get little boo boos but it’s nothing serious at all. I actually bought it like that. They are such a beautiful purple and the Halloween design is perfect for your spooky October. Or if your a Halloween freak like me all year around they work for that too! The aren’t long. But not short. But definitely on the shorter side because they aren’t medium size neither. It’s stuck between short and medium if that makes sense! There are 24 total and it comes with glue!
