Great material . Will stretch neck and arms and waist . Material feels like quality polestar and has pink tool underneath dress to give it a little more poof. Very cute dress . Never worn . Length from neck collar to tip of end of dress 12 inches Width on flat surface at waist line is 7 inches I believe it will fit a dog whose 10-15 pounds
