Kitty High Low Red Floral Midaxi Dress, neck tie, Size S/M

Pre-owned in great condition. Kitty High-Low Dress. One size OS, but more like S/M. Material is very stretchy, smooth and thin but not see-through, also not sure what is because there is no tag. I'm usually a size L and it fits but is tight. Measurements are shown on pictures, 12" waist, 13" bust but stretches far beyond that. Beautiful colors of red, yellow and gold.
