Fabric feels like cotton or a cotton blend. I don’t see a brand tag on it but it’s not homemade. Base measures approx 8” x 4” and it’s about 12” tall Listing as pre owned but I don’t think it has actually been used. No signs of wear I can find, the folds/ceases in it are still fresh and the fabric feels crisp like it hasn’t been used. Please refer to photos for detail.
