Kivenst High Fashion Skater Skirt Pink and Red Roses

Kivenst HF skater skirt with realistic roses and flowers print on a sage or mint green background. There is no fabric tag inside so I'm guessing that it's polyester by feel. The feel of the fabric is thick but soft. No stains, no snags, no flaws that I noticed. There is a little stretch in the fabric and measurements were taken laying flat. NO SIZE TAG. Measurements approximate: Waist 14.5" across, Length 17", I did not measure hips as the skirt flares.
