ahale1031 @deb_120601 it is the soft leather. The bag is wrapped up in its dust cloth - i never even had a chance to use the bag, it is identical to this photo. My husband bought me a luxury bag for Christmas and I bought this for myself a week prior. It’s never even had anything in it! Hope that helps.

ahale1031 @kaitumz the bag is wrapped up in the dust cloth and plastic as I packaged it to send out but someone backed out of the sale. It’s brand new. No signs of wear at all
