Knee high boots

Never worn, over the knee peep toe boots. 4in high, no signs of wear but few little marks on the material(plz see last 2 pics).These run SMALL, I am a size 7.5/8 and these are really tight on me. They seem to be more for people with narrow feet than wide. Take a look and tell ne what you think.
