Knee length black Lace-look skirt

cannot see great in photos, but it has a lace exterior with the black slip undearneath. I actually wore this to work a few times because the lace look is subtle but sexy; or wear out to a party on night on the town. I would say it's a little more fitted than pencil skirt.
