Knit navy and white lace blouse

Boutique brand Jodifl knit blouse. Lace inserts along 3/4 length sleeves. Sleeves end with ruffle and has ruffle hem. Could wear off the shoulders if you wish. Excellent condition with no signs of wear. Not sure of exact fabric content because tag is faded. 16 1/2 inch sleeve length, 22 1/2 inches under arms pit to pit, 28 inches top of shoulder to bottom hem.
