Knit retro style dress with accent bow size L/XL

I don’t have the tag for this dress to know what size it is but I measured and the bust across is 20.5” across and the waist is 16” across laid flat. It is definitely stretchy as it is a knit heavy weight dress. The back has a full zipper. It falls to about 3 inches below my knees on my 5 foot seven frame. The large bow on this is safety pinned on, so it can be removed or placed in a different spot.
