Knitted and Knotted black and white dress

Beautiful Anthropologie Knitted and knotted dress. The black and white chevrons and way this dress both clings and flows with your every movement is enchanting. It is also stretchy. There is a small tear near the hem of the dress as shown in a picture. It is almost imperceptible, and likely easy for someone with any talent to fix (I don't have this talent), but it is reflected in the price.
