Hi. I am 5'10" tall, 135 lbs. I wear a Medium. This jacket fits me perfectly in the shoulders and I like the length of the sleeves, just slightly past my wrist bone. I am tall and the length of the jacket sits about two inches past the top of my hip bone. Not sure if this helps. I would also recommend you google, "Target Knox Rose Sizing". There is information on sizing and I found a comment that if you are between sizes, suggestion is to size up on this brand.
