This is a beautiful maxi dress made by Knox Rose. Halter Top style It is a white and blue tie-dye effect with a silver thread running through it. It has an embroidered front along the V-neck. There is a snap to close the V Neck It has an elastic waist with a decorative bow and tassels. It is lined halfway down to about knee length I can’t find a material content tag, but it seems to be a nice cotton crêpe material.
