Knox Rose XS cream tunic/minidress

Knox Rose XS cream colored tunic/mini dress has umpire waist. Ruffle tier at the bottom separated by cutwork ribbon. Approximately half length sleeves again with cut work at the hem of the sleeves. Bust area is cut work and small pleats, has a vent in the middle and a tassel tie with wood beads on it to pull it together. Pit to pit approximately 17 in. Sleeves are approximately 11 inches long from shoulder to hem is 31 and a half inches, Front opening vent is 7 in from collar. I didn't see any signs of wear, no spots.
