Kobi Halperin Velvet Pants

Beautiful purple colored paisley velvet feeling pants. These are limited edition Vanessa Pants. Very soft. Size XS. I would say a size 0-4 comfortably can fit in these because the elastic waistband is stretchy. See the tag— they feel like velvet but it says silk and rayon.
