Polka dot printed chiffon (100% Polyester). Top. Long sleeves. V-neckline. Partially lined. 21.5" from shoulder to hemline. Imported. Excellent pre owned condition. I am normally a small/2 and this fit. I would say it fits like a small, a 2 or 4 could wear comfortably. Please refer to the pit to pit measuremtn in the photos.
