Koche Sheer White Chiffon Polka Dot Ruffle Romantic Soft Girl Dress

White sheer chiffon overlay. Ruffled sleeves, shoulder details, and down center front. Laced neckline. Elasticized tie front waistband. Chiffon polka dot with occasional heart and skinny clover pattern. I thought this was like new but I hung it up in the bathroom earlier in the day so I wouldn't forget to photograph it and with the light streaming in the window I found two pulls. One is vertical, located on the bodice one to two centimeters to the right (left in photos) of the center ruffle edge. The other is a short horizontal pull on the bottom right (left in photos) a few inches from the hem. Sleeves are sheer/unlined and skirt lining stops an inch or two shorter than the chiffon overlay as shown in photos.
