Kohl’s maternity skirt in XL

I bought this skirt by accident. Didn’t know it was a maternity skirt. It is in size XL. It’s a high low skirt with a wide waist band. I’m not 200% sure if this is a maternity skirt since it was not mentioned on the label but the wide waist band looks like it is part of the maternity line of clothing. It’s been sitting in my closet for a while but has never been worn. I can wash it before shipping if you need.
